| 1. All reservations require at least a 1/3 deposit. |
| 2. Balance due on arrival in cash, travelers checks, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. |
| 3. Cancellations: |
| a. If notified in writing two weeks prior to arrival date, then a 25% service charge will be collected on the total reservation. |
| b. If less than two weeks notice, then no refund of deposit. |
| 4. Deposits are not transferable to future reservations. |
| 5. No refunds due to weather or early check-out. |
| 6. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Cape May County Tourism Tax. |
| 7. Reservations held until 7 PM unless otherwise notified. |
| 8. Rates listed apply only to advance reservations and are subject to change. |
| 9. Misrepresentations of any kind void the reservation, and will be subject to forefeiture of deposit. |
| 10. One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type. |
| 11. Sorry, No pets allowed. |
| 12. Check In is at 3 pm and Check out is at 10 am unless otherwise stated. |
